Overview

All about Lenses – The Cameras best friends: (explore Lenses, Filters, Lens Shades, and more)

Dive deeper into your photographic journey in this forth-level photography class.

This class will explore Lenses, Filters, Lens Shades, and more.

Designed for photographers who have taken Photography 101, 201 or who have sufficient understanding of basic aperture, shutter speed and ISO settings and who want to learn more about lenses, filters and lens shades.

In Photography 401, Brian will begin this class with an in-depth look at lenses and will explain the different types of filters and lens shades available.

This class will leave you with a better understanding of “how to” choose the best lens for any photographic activity and get you to think about why a polarizer is the best accessory to have in your bag and when you need a neutral density filter and a lens shade.

This is a One-Part Class. This single, in-depth session provides a complete foundation on lenses, filters, and lens shades — and how each contributes to achieving professional image quality. You’ll explore lens types, focal lengths, and perspectives through demonstration and discussion, followed by a live Q&A session with the instructor.

The class features a 2.0-hour live lecture and demonstration, followed by 30 minutes of interactive Q&A, giving participants time to review concepts, analyze examples, and discuss techniques directly with Brian.

This class is recorded for attendees to watch for up to 14 days after the event.
