James' love of photography and birding grew simultaneously, as his parents got him invested into bird watching at a young age and was introduced to photography through 35mm film cameras growing up. He attended Chabot College in Hayward where his interest in photography grew exponentially. James enjoys all types of nature and wildlife photography, but birds hold a special place in his heart. He has experience with Nikon DSLRs and has had work exhibited at the Alameda County Fair and used by Golden Gate and Ohlone Audubon. He has had his photographs used by National Audubon Society, Save the Redwoods League, the Cornell University Bird ID page, and the East Bay Regional Parks as well. James looks forward to sharing his joy and passion of photography and nature with others.
