Cancellations & Refunds
Programs are reserved upon receipt of payment or registration by using a Perfect Picture Pak voucher for Classes.

Cancellations two weeks prior to first class will receive a full refund.
Cancellations less than two weeks prior receive full store credit.
Cancellations less than 72 hours prior receive 50% store credit.
Partial refunds for classes missed are not available.
Inclement weather
‍In times of inclement weather we may elect to cancel a scheduled TLC program. We will make every attempt to contact you; however, you may also call the store to check the status of your class.We reserve the right to cancel any TLC program with less than 50% enrollment, and a full refund or store credit will be issued toward another class of student's choice.
