About the Instructor

Jeff Van Scoyk – Colorado

With more than 30 years’ experience in the photographic industry, Sony Sales Operations Manager Jeff Van Scoyk has seen many changes in the photographic landscape. Starting with a twin lens Rolliecord and 4x5 view cameras, he was an early adopter in the world of digital imaging and bought his last roll of film more than 12 years ago. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in photojournalism from Southern Illinois University and is interested in discussing cameras and images on every level from family snapshots to professional photography. Based in Denver Colorado and frequently traveling on business, his main interests are landscape, travel and night photography.
