Achieve the skills needed to create spectacular night photographs in this VIP photography experience. You will gain the skills to capture stunning, colorful and dramatic low light and night photographs while on the Training Ship Golden Bear. Your instructor(s) will guide the way to this exclusive photo location with multiple photo demonstrations. You will be able to shoot photographs alongside your instructor and get tips and advice on how to improve your images.

What to Bring
About your instructor:
Heather Shaw enjoys photographing people, animals, landscapes, events and whatever inspires her. Her goal is to keep capturing others' memories and also taking the path less traveled to capture scenes very few have ever seen. She has been an active professional photographer since 2009, and her passion for photography shows in her attitude and her work. Earning a photography degree from Modesto Junior College, Heather has extensive experience using, developing and printing film, using DSLR and Mirrorless cameras and editing images with Adobe Photoshop. She has had her work selected to appear in shows in Anaheim, CA and she has been recognized by a gallery located in Stockton.

Workshop: Thursday November 14th, 2019 4:00pm to 17:00pm
Our shooting location is located on the Cal Maritime campus in Vallejo, CA.
You will want to follow the road onto campus and park in “Lot A”.
Walk down the road further to meet with the instructor(s) at the giant boat propeller and golden bear statue to get your parking permits for the night.
