Old and New Car Collection Photography workshop

At Rambler Ranch, Elizabeth CO

Follow us on Facebook to stay informed about workshops like this one and more!

Overview

Join us for a unique photography workshop at the Rambler Ranch in Elizabeth CO. This collection consists of over 200 vehicles and an array of displays including a vintage Sinclair filling station, a 1960’s home replica, a vintage diner, and a scrap yard full of cars.

The day will start by photographing in the scrap yard, where the cars are weathered, old, rusty, and have a lot of character allowing for creative images. Weather permitting we will have the opportunity to photograph a Rolls Royce, Bentley, and McLaren outside.

The owner, Terry, will provide a personal tour of the property highlighting the unique items and history of the collection. There are four concept cars including the Pininfarina. There is also a display of Kelvinator appliances. There is even a collection of early Kodak cameras.

The macro photography opportunities are endless. Hood ornaments, grills, logos, appliances, and collectibles are just a few items that can be photographed up close.

We will conclude the workshop a week later with a Coffee and Critique morning at the Park Meadows store.
