What You’ll Learn

We will go deeper into the develop module, and begin building presets to make our workflow faster. One of the biggest obstacles in the beginners’ class is Folder Organization and Collections. We will build upon that and dive into Smart Collections. We will spend extensive time in the Develop module editing various types of images. Through this workshop we’ll also edit some of your images.

Overview of Topics

  • Develop Module: Going Deeper
  • Building Presets to make workflow faster
  • Collections
  • Editing your images live

Prerequisites

  • Those who’ve taken Shelly’s Lightroom 101 class at Park Meadows
  • Your own laptop computer, with Adobe Lightroom software pre-loaded. (Note: We will be using Adobe Lightroom CC software, please be aware that if you have an older version you may encounter slight differences within the user interface)
  • If you have not taken Lightroom 101 at Park Meadows please call Shelly at 303-708-9655 so he can make sure this is the right class for you to take

Because of the hands-on nature of this workshop and the complexities of learning software, this workshop is limited to 10 people.

Please make sure that you can attend all three dates of the workshop before signing up. Due to limited class size, make up dates will not be permitted.

We will be using Mac OSX software. If you’re a Windows user please be advised of this. If you have taken Shelly’s previous class, you should already have the shortcuts.
