limits of liability & unclaimed imaging orders
Limit Of Liability on Imaging Services
Submitting any tangible or electronic media, images, data, file, card, disc, device, film, slides, or negatives to Mike's Camera for any purpose such as processing, printing, duplication, alterations, enlargement, storage, transmission, or other handling (together, “Imaging Services”), constitutes an AGREEMENT that any loss or damage to it by our company, subsidiary or agents, even though by our negligence or fault, will only entitle you to replacement with an equivalent quantity/size of unexposed photographic film or electronic media. Except for such replacement, our acceptance of the media, image, data, file, card, disc, device, film, slides or negatives is without other liability, and recovery for any incidental or consequential damage is excluded. No expressed or implied warranty is provided by our acceptance of these tangible or electronic media.
Unclaimed Imaging Services Orders
Mike's Camera will not hold imaging orders for pickup for longer than 90 days, including orders with original prints, negatives, film, or digital media, as well as any work we may have performed from those originals. Any such orders, as well as the original media, will be considered abandoned, and will be destroyed after 90 days. Such imaging orders will not be eligible for refund. This notice limits any liability of Mike's Camera with regards to all such originals or related imaging services.
