San Francisco Photo Walk

Ferry Building to Coit Tower

Follow us on Facebook to stay informed about workshops like this one and more!

Join our three-hour instructional photo tour of downtown San Francisco photographing iconic locations such as the Embarcadero, Bay Bridge, Transamerica Pyramid, and Coit Tower.

We’ll walk approximately 1.6 miles from the Ferry Building to Coit Tower. Reza, your instructor, will help you compose “postcard” quality photos as well as show you secrets of taking great street/urban photos.

What you’ll Learn

  • Learn the fundamentals of urban/street photography while capturing amazing shots of iconic places in one of the world’s most famous cities
  • How adjusting your vantage point can maximize the impact of your images
  • Tips for creating unique, eye-catching compositions

Dates, Times & Location

Saturday, March 3, 2018: 10:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Group meets at the Ferry Building on the San Francisco Embarcadero Waterfront

1 Sausalito- San Francisco Ferry Building San Francisco, CA 94111

We encourage you to take public transit to the Ferry Building. If you are taking BART, get off at the Embarcadero and then walk to the Ferry Building. The walk is not round-trip. Bus 39 departs every 20 minutes to Fisherman’s Wharf, which will connect with Muni that will take you back to the Ferry Building. If you have time, we recommend you take what you learned from the hike and photograph at the Wharf on your own afterwards.

Tuition

$79.00 plus Eventbrite online processing fee

Save 10% by registering more than two weeks in advance!

Due to the hands-on nature of this workshop, class size is limited to 15 people
