Enter the 2010 Renaissance Festival Photo Contest Sponsored by Mike's Camera & Olympus for your chance to win the amazing new Olympus E-PL1 Digital Camera, & Mike's Camera gift certificates, Mike's Camera Perfect Picture Paks & Passes to the 2011 Colorado Renaissance Festival
1. To enter online, add up to 5 images of the 2010 Renaissance Festival Facebook “EVENT”. Images can be of the art, artists, people and performers- anything to do with the event and must be taken at the 2010 Renaissance Festival. The photo must be yours. You can also enter by mail, see mail-in instructions below.
2. Browse the other selections. Comment on the ones you like. Share the contest link with your friends and get them involved! The ones that receive the most comments will be eligible for runner up prizes (and more likely to be considered for the grand prize!)
3. Prizes: The Grand Prize winner will be selected by Mike's Camera staff and will be awarded the Olympus E-PL1 Camera, and a Mike's Camera Perfect Picture Pak & 2011 CRF Season Pass for two. Second Place winner will receive a $200 Mike's Camera Gift Card &Mike's Camera Perfect Picture Pak & Six 2011 CRF Tickets. Third Prize winner will receive a $100 Mike's Camera Gift Card and Mike's Camera Perfect Picture Pak & Four 2011 CRF Tickets.
4. The deadline for uploading your images is midnight on August 11, 2010. The deadline for commenting on images is August 31. The winners will be selected and notified the first week of September. Employees or family members of CRF or Mike's Camera are not eligible.
5. To upload your photos to the contest you must be a fan, or "like", Mike's Camera. Then go to the Mike's Camera Fan Page on Facebook and click on the "Events" tab. Find the Renaissance Festival Photo Contest Event and click on it. Scroll down past guests to the "Wall". The top of the wall should be an empty slot inviting you to "Write Something...". Within that box, next to “Attach” you'll find icons for uploading photos, uploading videos or links. Choose the first icon, Uploading Photos, and upload the photos from your hard drive to the Event Wall. You're all set!
6. To collect your prize you must provide a full resolution version of your photo for Mike's Camera and the CRF to use for future promotional and marketing purposes. By uploading your images you agree to the terms of the contest.
To Enter by Mail: Each entry submitted by mail must be at least 5x7 in size and must have a completed 3x5 index card with name, address, and phone number securely attached to the back of the photo (do not staple.) along with an entry card. Download Entry Card

Publication
Winning entries will be displayed at mikescamera.com and may also be exhibited in Mike's Camera stores. Photographers who submit entries to the 2010 Colorado Renaissance Festival authorize the Festival and Mike's Camera, Inc. and its affiliate's limited rights for use of the submissions for print and web for promotional or marketing purposes. Photographers retain ownership rights of submissions.
