I have a very good friend whose father passed away. We needed to have 15 photos and 2 poster size prints done by that evening (with frames) to take to the funeral home on Friday, November 28th (and of course everything is closed on Thanksgiving).

We went in Wednesday afternoon to start this project. Matthew was very kind, understanding, and professional - just the manner my friend needed. He sat us down at the machine to scan through our DVDs (more than 1500 pictures!) and place our order. As closing time was growing near for the lab, he let us know so we could pick up the pace. He asked the lab tech if she minded staying a little late to give us extra time - definitely going above and beyond his duties. He also was kind enough to take a picture of her father's 50 year yearbook and scan it in so we could have it framed. He also provided valuable advice on a very old original photo (almost 50 years old) on how best to enlarge and display it. Once the pictures were done, he helped us with getting 20 pictures on a DVD that would be shown during the funeral. We then started to decide what frames would look best with the pictures and made our selections.

Once we were finished (and this was after a few hours of Matthew's time), he was kind enough to make sure the frames were packaged up carefully so as not to get harmed, and help carry them to our car.

I cannot say enough how impressed we were of the service we received from Matthew at Mike's Camera. During an emotional time like this, it was nice to have someone be "there" for us, take us serious, and get the job done."
